Delete your Hold account

Hold Within is operated by Seye Kuyinu. You can delete your account and its associated data in the app, or request help by email.

In the app

1. Sign in to Hold and open Profile.
2. Open account, then choose delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and type DELETE to confirm.

Request deletion outside the app

Email seye@seyekuyinu.com from the email address linked to your Hold account, with the subject “Delete my Hold account”. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password.

If you cannot access that email address, contact the same address for help. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account, profile details, contemplations, entries, saved meditation records and notification tokens from the active service. In-app deletion also clears that account’s local data on the device and signs you out. This action cannot be undone.

To request deletion of particular data while keeping your account, email the same address and describe what you would like removed.
